Once the sample is downloaded proceed to the quiz.


1. Open Reason

2. Create MIXER 14:2

3. Set your tempo between 80-105bpm

4. Create a Redrum

5. Make a 32 step beat using a clap OR snare drum, bass drum, hi hat, and percussion.

6. Move R to 5.

7. Copy your pattern to track AND click the pattern button.

8. Create a Dr. REX Loop Player.

9. Load in the special quiz sample.

10. Use the keyboard to make your own pattern with the special quiz sample. If you hear nothing on the keyboard when you try to hear the sample, click the keyboard OCTAVE down to -1.

11. When you are ready, record your pattern using the keyboard and the special quiz sample.

12. When you are done recording, press STOP or the RECORD button to stop recording.

13*. Click the QUANTIZE button to make sure your new pattern is on beat.

14. Let me know when you have finished your work and I will come by and grade it.
